I was so surprised that A+ was able to handle both my wind mitigation and my 4-Point inspection so quickly. They set up both appointments within a few days of me calling and were early both times. Kenton was my choice to perform a home inspection for a property I was purchasing. He conducted a very thorough and professional inspection. The home inspection report was easy to follow and provided a complete picture of the home’s foundation, structural components, roof, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems. He was sure to note if any items inspected posed a safety issue, contained any major or minor defects, which items needed replacement, and which should be repaired or serviced. We used Kenton 4 years ago when we purchased our home. We thought the house was in great shape. Looks can be a facade as I learned after Kenton's report. His detailed report offered positive features about the home and the negative ones. He also suggested we ask the seller for a warranty on the the main floor HVAC as it was 3 years older than the home. Glad we did!! It died within the first 4 months!!
