He takes care of his costumers by looking out for their best interest. You might find another price less expensive but I can guarantee your delivered service will be cheap in comparison to Kenton's quality work. Unfortunately I don't know Kenton as a neighbor, friend or relative. I've only come to appreciate him as the reliable and quality Inspector he is. You can not go wrong with Kenton.

I was so surprised that A+ was able to handle both my wind mitigation and my 4-Point inspection so quickly. They set up both appointments within a few days of me calling and were early both times. They completed the inspections quickly and gave me all my reports the same day. Kenton even went a step further to talk me through the inspection results the following day to make sure I would understand in case of any insurance questions came up. Very happy with A+ Inspect and will be using them in the future for any needs.

Kenton was my choice to perform a home inspection for a property I was purchasing. He conducted a very thorough and professional inspection. The home inspection report was easy to follow and provided a complete picture of the home’s foundation, structural components, roof, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems. He was sure to note if any items inspected posed a safety issue, contained any major or minor defects, which items needed replacement, and which should be repaired or serviced. Additionally, he noted items that were suitable but should be monitored closely and any routine maintenance that should be performed. Overall, his professionalism and expertise were very helpful throughout my home buying process. He will continue to be my Home Inspector choice.

We used Kenton 4 years ago when we purchased our home. We thought the house was in great shape. Looks can be a facade as I learned after Kenton's report. His detailed report offered positive features about the home and the negative ones. He also suggested we ask the seller for a warranty on the the main floor HVAC as it was 3 years older than the home. Glad we did!! It died within the first 4 months!! New AC installed at no cost to me! Trust Kenton with your biggest purchase!

When we first put an offer on our very first home, we were nervous, anxious and wondering if we were buying a solid home with little issues.
